Yakob is a fiery young Preacher of the Ecclesiarchy, though he has been censured in the past and his eventual excommunication as a heretic would surprise virtually no one. Yakob champions the downtrodden against what he percieves as corrupt oppressors, and teaches that mutants, while horribly sinful, might have access to a measure of the Emperor's Grace and thus possible forgiveness.

Oddo the Giant, cyber-gladiator & rebel.

This huge, escaped mutant cyber-gladiator has been looking for an opportunity like this for some time, having been trying to stir up insurrection against the harsh Anbetts for years. He seeks the freedom of slaves and a more just system to replace the arbitrary lords of Hesch. He was once famous for his ferocity in the fighting-ring, and now he is known as a canny tactician and elusive troublemaker, leading a band of insurrectionists called the Manus Negrom. It is believed that he has most recently taken up refuge in Slevia, though there have been reported sightings in the city of Julius Landing as well, much to the Ostian Duke’s annoyance. Oddo’s slipperiness is belied by his great size and lethally obvious cybernetics, including a taloned cyber-hand with built-in flamer and a huge buzz-saw attachment in place of his other forearm. full picture
